Pavan N Reddy graduated from Hyderabad University with a degree in Hotel Management. He specialized in Food and Beverage Service at the University. He began his career in the United States as Banquet Manager at Hyatt, Cleveland, Ohio in 1999. The experience gained over the years is what gave him the confidence to open and run his own restaurant. Pavan is dedicated to crafting traditional Indian dishes with more unique and exquisite tastes. He has developed his own recipes of the Indian Cuisine that are currently served at the BayLeaf Eclectic Indian Restaurant.
